Takeovers start at Dumankaya Horizon on April 27. This year, Dumankaya Construction will unite property owners with 1,294 apartments.

Takeovers will soon start at Dumankaya Horizon, which is located at Kartal – one of the most valuable districts in the Anatolian side – and designed as a horizontal, spacious, panoramic and boutique living space unlike vertical, narrow buildings constructed in a row. On April 27, Wednesday, 67 property owners will take over their apartments at Dumankaya Horizon that represents one of the most prestigious living spaces in the region thanks to its coastal location at Kartal combined with spectacular Prince’s Islands view as well as superior architectural and technical features.

Dumankaya Horizon was developed by Dumankaya Construction as one of the projects that add character to the city and pioneer in architecture and innovation; the project offers the property owners luxury, design and comfort at the same time. The project is located at a central position at Kartal Coastline with access to a variety of means of transport. Alongside its unmatched location, Dumankaya Horizon also provides the property owners with a significant living space in the region with the IQ smart home technology system, architectural quality, boutique shopping mall and turnkey decoration packages.

Commenting on the takeover processes, Abdullah Yazıcı, General Manager at Dumankaya Construction, said: “We have so far completed the takeover procedures for 416 apartments since January 2016. We will commence the same procedures for 720 apartments at Ritim Istanbul project towards the end of May. By the end of 2016, a total of 1,294 apartments will have been taken over by the owners. So, Dumankaya has a busy takeover schedule throughout 2016. Uniting people with their homes of course boosts our work motivation and energy. The Horizon will breathe new life into the life at the coast. On the other hand, with the takeovers at Ritim Istanbul, the project will put a new face on the district. Project development work and takeovers at Dumankaya continue at full steam in 2016 as has always been the case.”
